We are looking forward to meeting you! In order to prepare for our time together we have compiled a few resources for you to look over.

As we mentioned, we like to share some of the most commonly discussed topics from our consultations with you before your appointment so you can get an idea of these cornerstone pieces of our practice. We also mention a few more questions you might want to ask, as well as some questions you can anticipate us asking you as well.
